Story

My mom put me into dance when I was 3 years old; the second I started to perform I knew that dance was my passion. When I first started I'd compare myself to everyone around me and I would get so angry with myself. Why can't I have those feet? Why did she get pulled out and not me?

As I continued to grow I learned that comparing yourself to those around you will only hold you back from your potential. No two dancer are alike and you just need to remember that your artistry, your passion, and your love for dance are what's going to get you places. Not your feet. Or your legs. Or your tricks. My passion and artistry has gotten me farther then I'd ever imagine and I hope the same to you.

Don't try to beat the dancer next to you, but the dancer YOU were the day before.
