I have overcome a huge anxiety issue in my life. I was at one point so low that even dance couldn't pull me out of my anxiety and depression. After one fatal accident I woke up and realized that I could help people that struggled with the same issue through dance. Now I use my dancing to convey messages and to honor those that have lost the battle of depression, anxiety or any other mental illness.

Don't give up. Life and dance can be challenging at times but it is so much better when you get past the hard times. You dance as a positive thing in your life not a stressful one.
