I have had multiple bad injuries, ankles and knees. 3 years ago I sprained my ankle and danced in it for about 4 months without knowing that's what it was. Ever since I've had issues with my ankles which have know caused my knees to be really bad. But even then I continue to dance though it because I can't imagine what it would be like not to dance!
Never give up. Even when you think I can't do it, you can. If you're tired push harder, feel like your going to vomit from dancing so much, it's not bad it means you worked hard. And lastly be you. Don't try and change for others. Be a jumper in a room full of turners or a turner in a room full of jumpers, just be you!
